What’s Included:
Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation
You'll begin by completing an in-depth intake form, giving me valuable insight into your child’s sleep patterns, temperament, and your parenting style—so we can create a plan that works for your family.
90-Minute In-Home Consultation
I’ll visit your home and walk you through your tailored sleep plan in real time. We’ll talk through your current routine, troubleshoot any concerns, and I’ll demonstrate gentle, practical settling strategies that feel right for you.
Personalised Sleep Plan
Your plan will be written specifically for your little one, with your parenting approach and sleep goals at the heart of it. I’ll recommend two suitable settling methods for you to choose from—so you stay in control and confident.

Two Weeks of Follow-Up Support
Your follow-up includes twice-daily check-ins for 14 days via a shared Google Doc. Each day, I’ll review your child’s sleep log and offer personalised support, feedback, and plan adjustments to keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence.
This package is ideal for families with children aged 4 months to 5 years who would benefit from extra reassurance and hands-on support at the beginning of their sleep journey.
