1. What services do you offer at The Sleep Sanctuary?
At The Sleep Sanctuary, we offer a range of services designed to help you and your little one get the sleep you both need, including:
Sleep Plans: Tailored sleep plans for babies and toddlers, carefully crafted to meet your child’s unique needs.
Phone Consultations: Virtual sessions to guide you through your sleep challenges, wherever you are.
In-Home Sessions: Hands-on support for Brisbane families, where we come to your home and help troubleshoot any sleep issues.
Night Nannying: Overnight support to help you rest while we assist your little one with gentle sleep support.
Newborn Sessions: In-home consultations designed for families in the first 12-16 weeks to provide guidance on newborn care, feeding, sleep patterns, and more.
Daytime Respite: A helping hand for parents needing support during the day, offering a break while you rest or focus on other tasks. Available in Brisbane, this service is ideal for parents with newborns or young children who need extra support.
Gift Vouchers: A thoughtful gift for new parents or parents-to-be who need the gift of sleep!

2. How do I know which service is right for my family?
We know it can be tricky to choose the right option, and that’s why we’re here to help! If you’re after a long-term, tailored solution, a sleep plan is a great choice. If you need guidance on the spot, then a troubleshooting call would be perfect. For families who need more support and feel like they have tried everything, our classic package or in-home packages are great options!
For parents of newborns, I highly recommend either a night nanny, newborn session for those early weeks, or daytime respite if you need a little break during the day.

3. What makes your approach different?
Our approach to sleep is gentle, personalized, and always grounded in evidence. We respect your parenting style and tailor every plan to fit your child’s needs. As a mum of three, I know how overwhelming it can feel when your baby or toddler isn’t sleeping well, and I’m committed to helping you find a solution that feels right for your family.
We work closely with you every step of the way, making sure you feel supported, heard, and empowered to achieve the best sleep possible.
4. How long will it take to see results?
Every child is different, and every family situation is unique. That being said, many families see changes in just a few days after starting their sleep plan, while others can take up to two weeks.
You’ll have my ongoing support to help tweak things as needed. Rest assured, I’ll be there with you throughout the whole process to ensure things are going in the right direction.
5. Can I still use your services if I’m not in Brisbane?
Absolutely! While I offer in-person sessions for families in Brisbane and surrounding areas, I also provide virtual consultations for families anywhere in Australia. Whether you’re in Sydney, Melbourne, or even further afield, we can work together to create a sleep plan that fits your family.
6. How do I book a consultation?
Booking with me is simple! Just visit my contact page, choose the service that’s right for you, and we’ll confirm your appointment right away.
Once you’ve booked, I’ll send you all the details you need for your session, and we can get started on your sleep journey!
7. What happens during a consultation?
During our consultation, we’ll discuss your child’s current sleep patterns, your family’s routine, and any challenges you’ve been facing. We will also go through your personalized sleep plan and ensure all your questions are answered. If you’re booking an in-home session, I’ll come to your home, observe your child’s sleep environment, and show you through the process of settling.
I’m here to make this as smooth and supportive as possible for you.
8. What if my child has medical or developmental concerns?
If your child has any medical or developmental concerns (e.g., reflux, allergies, ADHD, ASD, etc.), we’ll absolutely take that into account when creating your sleep plan. I’ve worked with families whose children have a broad spectrum of sleep challenges, and I always adjust my approach to meet each child’s unique needs.

If your child has any medical concerns, I always recommend consulting with your pediatrician first to ensure they’re receiving the best care. Once you have medical clearance, I’m here to work alongside you and your healthcare team to create a sleep plan that’s tailored to your child’s needs and supports their overall well-being.
9. How do I pay for your services?
I offer credit card and bank transfer payment options for your convenience. I also offer gift vouchers, which can be a perfect present for new parents or anyone in need of sleep support!
Once you book your session, I’ll send you an invoice with payment instructions so it’s all set up for you. Please be aware that credit card payments incur a small processing fee.
10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my consultation?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask for 24 hours’ notice. I’ll always work with you to find a new time that works for your family.
