Phone Consult & Sleep Plan
This package is a great option if you are looking for Sleep Plan and Consultation, but feel like you have the confidence to see the plan through yourself!

45 Minute Phone Consultation where we can go through your plan and discuss any questions you may have

A 1-hour phone consultation where we can go through your plan and discuss any questions you may have

In-Home Package
Our In-Home package provides families with comprehensive support to get your baby or toddler sleeping again!
It includes;
Personalised Sleep Plan, written specifically for your little one so that you reach your goals!
A 90-Minute In-Home Consultation where we can go through your plan and settling method, as well as discuss any questions you may have
Two-weeks follow-up Support via email and sleep log to ensure you feel supported and stay on track!
The In-Home service is the perfect choice if you feel you may need a bit more intensive support.
This package is available to families in Brisbane and is ideal for children aged 4 months to 5 years.
